Recently, I had the pleasure of trialling a 14 day supply of Pro Teeth Whitening Co. Premium Teeth Whitening Strips With Activated Charcoal.
They claim to provide professional results in just 30 minutes of use per day, for 14 days.
I was a little sceptical at first, mainly due to the cost of the product.
The most you’ll spend on these is £19.99, and for a cost that low, I was not expecting much from them.
We all know that peroxide bleaches things, and it’s commonly used in teeth whitening products and proceedures.
So, I was also a little sceptical because they contain all natural ingredients, and no peroxide.
How can they work with no peroxide?
Well, activated charcoal is the game-changing ingredient here.
The Teeth Whitening Strips Trial…
My teeth are rather discoloured, and I have receeding gums, so I’m sometimes a little self conscious of my smile.
I work from home, so the trial was very easy for me.
To start, I brushed my teeth, and then got the strips out of the pack.
I had to dry my teeth before putting the strips on. But on some days I forgot, and I don’t think it really mattered.
I moulded the strips around my top and bottom teeth (that was super-easy by the way) and set a timer for the 30 minutes.
You’re instructed not to eat or drink whilst the strips are in, but I’m not really sure how you can do that anyway when your teeth are covered 😉
After the first 30 minutes I could see that my teeth were brighter, and I was pleasantly surprised.
I was looking forward to seeing what 13 more days of using the strips would do.

I think it does! I can see why the product has hundreds of awesome reviews.
It’s a low-cost way to whiten teeth, and contains no peroxide, so doesn’t damage enamel or your gums in any way!
They’re easy to use; much easier than I imagined, and they caused no irritation or sensation in the mouth whilst they’re doing their thing.
